  1. Selling Your House to Blue Sky PPS

    People all over New Jersey have made the decision to sell their home to us for a variety of reasons.

    Q.1 Who usually sells their houses to Blue Sky PPS?

    People who:

    Q.2 What is a "distressed" property?

    According to our definition, "distressed" refers to much more than simply the cosmetic condition of the house. We define a distressed property as one that has any of the following:

    Structural issues, such as foundation problems; Memories you want to put behind you, such as divorce or a deceased relative; In a neighborhood that is less than desirable, for example, long commute or a high crime area; An undesirable mortgage; A mortgage that is more than the owner can handle or wants to deal with; Or that the owner wants to move from, for any other reason, such as moving to another city or wanting a larger or smaller house.

    Q.3 How does this work?

    Simply fill out and submit our online form telling us about the house you want to sell.  The information will be sent to us and we will call you to arrange a time to look at your house.


  2. How much money will I get?

    There's many factors involved in how much we will pay for a property.

    Q.1 Do you pay market value?

    Any offer you receive would be an amount discounted from the retail value of your house if it were fully renovated. We are professional home buyers who buy homes below market value to repair and resell for a profit. However, we can close quickly or on your schedule, pay cash, and can pay all closing costs.

    Q.2 How do you determine the price you will offer for my house?

    We will take a variety of factors into consideration, including:

    The condition of the house; The extent and cost of required repairs; The time needed to complete the renovations; The real estate commissions and marketing costs; The holding costs, such as insurance, utilities, taxes and interest.

  3. What types of property does Blue Sky PPS buy?

    We buy many types of residential and commercial property, including undeveloped land.

    Q.1 Do you buy condos and townhouses?

    Although we will sometimes buy condos or townhouses, in today's market, it would require a substantial discount and we do not do short sales on them.

    Q.2 Do you buy mobile homes?

    No. We buy mobile home parks though.
