Most folks who've never sold a property themselves don't really understand all the different parts that have to be managed: the waiting, all the little details, the time it takes, the advertisements that don't bring in any real buyers. Having strangers snooping in your bedroom closet. Strangers who only care about ripping apart the tiniest aspects of your decorating preferences. Two-faced people, who grin when you are with them, nod their heads and pretend they' mean business, but never call you back. It can be the most inconvenience that you ever imagined ...
